Assam’s Elvis Ali Hazarika Completes 42.5 km Arabian Sea Relay Swim

GUWAHATI: Seasoned swimmer Elvis Ali Hazarika showcased his extraordinary endurance and skill once again by completing a challenging relay swim in the Arabian Sea. Partnering with Rimo Saha, Elvis successfully swam a 42.5-kilometer stretch from the Worli Sea Link to the Atal Setu on Saturday. The duo commenced their swim at 1:45 AM and completed the grueling journey in 13 hours. This marks the 10th successful open-water swimming for Elvis, adding yet another milestone to his illustrious career. Reflecting on the achievement, Elvis said, “It was a very difficult task to swim in the sea. However, with a lot of hard work, I was able to complete the swim.”
